Deleting Your Pictalk Account
It is completely normal and healthy to request the deletion of your data when you no longer use a service. Make sure your decision is final, as once the deletion is initiated, there is no way to revert it. We are currently redesigning Pictalk AAC. For now, the Pictalk Buddy and Pictalk AAC accounts are not merged. You will need to delete them separately. Protecting your data is very important to us, and we are employing all our resources to safeguard it. If you have any questions or remarks, contact us at: alex@pictalk.org.
For Pictalk Buddy account access
Go to this link and log in with your account. In the “Personal Information” tab, there is a button “Delete Account” or “Delete account” if you view the page in English. This will start the process of deleting your data and your account.
For accounts specific to the Pictalk AAC application
Log in one last time to your Pictalk AAC account via the Pictalk app. Go to your settings and click the red button at the bottom of the page: “Permanently delete your account and all its content”.
