An application tailored to the needs of ESMS
We co-designed Pictalk Buddy, particularly the Agenda part, with professionals from the TechLab d'APF France Handicap. We then confronted our first version with caregivers and professionals from the medico-social field during two workshops organized by Digimentally. This development process allows Pictalk Buddy to address the issues of people with neuro-developmental disorders, as well as the constraints of professionals and caregivers.

Is Pictalk Buddy available for teams?
Yes, Pictalk Buddy is available for teams with the Pro plan. With Pro, it is possible to create a large number of calendars for each supported person.
What if I am a student or teach?
Pictalk Buddy Plus is available free of charge for teachers in occupational therapy, speech therapy, and special education. Their students are also eligible. Please send us a request directly .
What payment methods can I use?
We accept credit cards from major providers such as Visa and Mastercard. We also support other online payment systems in certain countries.
How does billing work?
Pictalk Buddy Plus is billed monthly, or annually if you have an annual subscription. Pictalk Buddy Pro operates on a tiered pricing model with a base rate. This means you only pay for the number of calendars you have created. There is no immediate billing; billing is adjusted each month, or quarterly if you have an annual subscription. If you are on a monthly billing plan, you can create new calendars at any time. We can also offer other billing models to organizations.

How does synchronization between the watch and smartphone work?
Everything synchronizes automatically: schedules, sequences, settings, and notifications. You create and manage content from your Pictalk Buddy smartphone, and it appears instantly on the connected watch.

By allowing users to clearly see the day and week's schedule, Pictalk Buddy helps anticipate events and tasks. This enables better preparation and reduces anxiety.
